On Friday, July 19, we held a workshop at the Puerto Montt campus of Universidad Austral to discuss good workplace practices regarding safety culture.

This initiative, organized jointly by the company and the seafarers’ union, brought together employees from operational and support departments to discuss new safety challenges faced by the company: mental health in the workplace, the healthy nutrition plan developed for our vessels, an analysis of our accident rates, and the implementation of the Karin Law. Finally, we reviewed the best practices we have developed over the past two years.
