Safety comes first in everything we do.
At COMPAS MARINE, our mission is to foster a safety culture that permeates the entire organization
and encourages employees to adopt behaviors and practices that promote risk-free environments.
To implement this safety culture, the active participation of employees is essential, as it enables the necessary transformation or change processes to take place.
At COMPAS MARINE, safety culture means that we all identify the main risks in our production processes, so we can share a common vision that allows us to work collaboratively with a focus on everyone’s safety, integrating a systemic strategy.
Specifically, these are actions, behaviors, and mindsets that enable me to act safely—in a manner consistent with our organization’s standards—without the need for constant supervision of these behaviors. We must internalize and apply these behaviors in everything we do.
