In December 2024, our client, Acciona Patache S.A., requested that we recover the tunnel boring machines from the seabed at a depth of 17 meters.
These machines are responsible for constructing the subsea tunnel for the intake and discharge lines of the Collahuasi Desalination Plant as part of the C20+ Project.
To ensure a safe and successful operation, we utilized our Suply Mars barge along with a 400-ton crane, which is mounted on board the barge.
The operations in the Tarapacá Region involved a crew of 14 people and were completed in February 2025.
